Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the process and availability of the requested size.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products showing signs of wear or use.

  • Products damaged after delivery.

  • Customized or personalized orders.

  • Items purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions.
